Exam: MRI BRAIN WITH AND WITHOUT CONTRAST

History: 2-year-old male with ATRT, post-chemoradiotherapy, early May 2024.

Technique: Multisequence multiplanar brain MRI with contrast.

Comparison: MRI brain dated 01/29/2024.

Findings

Original tumor predominantly solid with progression noted in specific regions.

New recurrence detected with abnormal T2/FLAIR signals.

Dominant recurrent mass measures approximately 2.1 x 1.8 x 1.3 cm.

Other notable findings include vasogenic edema, hemosiderin deposition, stable mild volume loss, and unremarkable orbits.
